INSURANCE PROGRAM «EMERGENCY»
Ambulance service INTO-SANA renders its services to whole family of the insured person. During 5-15 minutes after the call the specialized emergency team arrives to the address and promptly renders first aid to the person who needs it. Emergency teams INTO-SANA are equipped with complete set of modern drugs (more than 300 names) and sterile active storages (more than 50 names). Main drugs that are necessary for providing first aid are free for insured. The ability to run primary tests immediately and to get instant results significantly helps in making provisional diagnosis.
The specialized resuscitation ambulance vans INTO-SANA (2006 model year) are equipped with up-to-date equipment, thanks to which specialists INTO-SANA can provide complete resuscitation treatment to the patient. Here is a small list of the aforementioned equipment: defibrillators Primedic, cardiographs Heart Mirror 3D, pulmonary ventilators Oxilog 1000, comfortable multifunctional tables with stretchers, vacuum splints etc. Besides, the system of oxygen distribution necessary for providing urgent resuscitation treatment.
In case of admitting the patient to any hospital upon the patient or their relatives’ choice the emergency team INTO-SANA doesn’t live this hospital until the moment when the patient is taken to the ward. In cases of emergency such as road accident the emergency team INTO-SANA provides first aid and then evacuates the insured home or to the hospital. The transportation of insured to another Ukrainian city without distance restriction is also possible (this service isn’t included to the insurance cost and is separately specified).
Terms of insurance
The insurance contract on the program “Emergency” can be concluded with any resident of Odessa, Ilyichevsk and Yuzhny. This program includes he policy holder, their spouse, their children and parents of the policy holder and their spouse (regardless of the place of their residence). After concluding of this contract all insured are guaranteed to receive timely qualified first aid at any time 24/7.
The cost of insurance amounts 2599 UAH per year for the whole family. At the average that amounts 30 UAH per month for 1 person.
In case that policy holder wishes insurance services to be provided the other relative who isn’t foreseen in this diagram (like brother, niece, aunt etc.), this relative may be included to the insurance agreement for an additional price (350 UAH per person).
The insurance contract is concluded for 1 year.
INSURANCE PROGRAM «FAMILY DOCTOR INTO-SANA»
This insurance program provides the following services:
- assigning a doctor for each insured person or their family. That doctor carries out an outpatient treatment or treatment at home in case of illness, organizes examinations and consultations, issues medical certificates, gives prescriptions and controls hospital treatment;
- nurse or medical assistant’s services such as making all types of injections, getting the patient under the drip, running tests etc.
The main goal of Family doctor is to prevent the entry of disease to home. That’s why the Family doctor’s main efforts are directed at prevention of potential diseases and treatment of current ones. The individual plan of treatment and observation is worked out for patients with chronic diseases (hypertension, pancreatic diabetes of 2nd type, bronchial asthma etc.). Both doctor and medical assistant look after the fulfillment of this plan. Family doctor prescribes course of treatment, organizes hospital at home, watches over the keeping of regimen. Health-improving procedures and manipulations are carried out at patient’s home or provided as out-patient treatment depending on the condition of patient’s health. Upon treatment results an examination of temporary disability is carried out and medical certificates are issued. While patient remains at hospital INTO-SANA the family doctor obligatory takes part in their treatment because he knows his patient’s individual peculiarities. After patient’s discharge their family doctor draws an individual plan of medical and sanitary-resort rehabilitation.
From the very beginning of life of new family member the baby gets monthly prophylactic and medical attendance of doctor and medical assistant and after the first year of life a regular observation involving children's doctors specializing on certain medical major subjects (if necessary) is carried out.
The performance quality of doctors of Family medicine service INTO-SANA is regularly inspected by INTO-SANA council of experts.
Terms of insurance
The insurance cost for 1 person amounts 200 USD per year provided that the contract is concluded for no less than 3 family members. The price premiums are introduced for insured persons aged under 6 years and over 50 years. The insurance contract is concluded for 1 year and more. Insurance cost covers expenses on medical assistant’s services (getting patient on a drip, running tests, cardiogram).
INSURANCE PROGRAMS FOR LEGAL ENTITIES
INSURANCE PROGRAM «EMERGENCY»
To provide insurance services on program «Emergency» to employees of enterprises, organizations and institutions two types of arrangements have been developed.
In case of wide arrangement wide arrangement the employee and his family members including the employee and their spouse’s parents are serviced. In case of narrow arrangement employee and his family members excluding parents who live together with the employee at the same floorage are serviced (husband, wife, children).
The insurance cost depends on the chosen type of arrangement and varies from 250 USD to 520 USD. While concluding an insurance contract with legal entity the number of insured must be no less than 10 persons. In case of insuring a lot of employees it is possible to get a discount.
INSURANCE PROGRAM «CLINIC»
This program has been developed to insure legal entities such as enterprises and organizations. It includes:
- total complex of treatment and diagnostic measures;
- twenty-four-hour medical observation of the patient;
- fulfillment of necessary diagnostic examinations and consultations;
- carrying out of surgical, laparoscopic operations and endoscopic examinations;
- total medicamental support;
- four dietary meals a day;
- allocation in comfortable wards with refrigerator, telephone, air-conditioner, WC, shower, space television.
The insurance cost for 1 employee amounts from 200 USD per year (in case of insuring no less than 20 persons). This rate is calculated for persons under 50 years.
The insurance contract is concluded for 1 year.
